Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at the Sultan Suleyman Palace Hotel & Spa was an absolute delight, perfectly capping off my Turkish adventure with friends. Nestled in the heart of Sultanahmet, the hotel's prime location allowed us to explore iconic sites like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque just a short stroll away. From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the attentive room service, every detail contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rich Turkish breakfast served just across the street was the cherry on top, featuring a delightful spread that fueled our daily explorations. The staff went above and beyond, even arranging our airport transfer seamlessly-a great relief in such a bustling city. As a travel writer with a penchant for history and culture, this charming hotel offered both the comfort and character I sought, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the essence of Istanbul.
